We want you to try Autarkeia Pro with confidence. This policy explains our 14-day money-back guarantee, what happens after that period, and how to get help.

14-day money-back guarantee

Not happy with Autarkeia Pro in your first 14 days? Email us at hello@autarkeia.world with your order details (the email on your account and the date you subscribed). We'll refund your full subscription payment within 7 business days, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first Pro subscription payment after you sign up (monthly or annual). It's there so you can explore Pro features—deeper marketplace access, expanded library, Pro bundles, and more—without pressure.

After 14 days

After 14 days from your purchase date, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (or via the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period. It does not refund past months or years already charged.

If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep Pro access until the period you already paid for ends.

Annual plans

Within 14 days: You receive a full refund of your annual payment, same as monthly—email hello@autarkeia.world.

After 14 days: You may cancel to prevent next year's renewal, but we do not refund the current annual period or offer prorated refunds for unused months.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@autarkeia.world from the address on your Autarkeia account. 2. Include: your name (if different from the email), subscription type (monthly or annual), and purchase date. 3. We aim to reply within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

Refunds are handled through Stripe; your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Goodwill refunds (our discretion only)

In rare cases—such as duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or serious service defects—we may issue a refund after 14 days. These are not guaranteed and are decided case by case. Contact hello@autarkeia.world with details.
